Norman H. Olsen is a retired U.S. Diplomat and former Commissioner of Marine Resources for the State of Maine. In a 26-year career with the U.S. State Department, Mr. Olsen served in Jamaica, Norway, Washington, The Marshall Islands, Israel and the Gaza Strip, Geneva, Kosovo, and Moldova.  He was promoted to the Senior Foreign Service, and on his final State Department assignment served as Associate Coordinator for Counterterrorism at the State Department in Washington DC.
